There are a number of things that need to be considered during an assignment. Vital documentation, such as passports, visa and work permits may expire. Pay reviews will occur for which accurate management data will be needed. Assignments will require attention as they come to an end. What does it cover?
We maintain a confidential database, designed to meet the needs of our customers. It holds details on each assignee, including personal details, emergency contact details, assignment information and salary and benefits history. We monitor and highlight key dates, including passport, visa and work permit expiry dates. We then deal with all renewals on your behalf. We will alert you before an assignment is due to end. You can then decide whether to extend, repatriate or transfer the assignee on to local employment terms. We can provide regular management reports to help with the administration of your assignees. Examples reports: - Assignment status report
- Assignee information
- Pending terminations
- Invoicing
- Third party costs
- Key dates e.g. visa expiry
All data is held and used lawfully, in accordance with the Data Protection legislation. How are your needs met?
