In this respect IPM assist with the compilation of assignment letters, provide advice on tax and social security implications, balance sheet and cost of living calculations, social security certificates of coverage, manage our internal payroll departments, and work closely with myself and our other two global providers to deliver a first class service to our employees. We operate in 33 countries worldwide and have around 30 international assignments ongoing at present. Through IPM we also continue to benchmark our policies.
