Alan is a Director of IPM and PAYdata, and has key account responsibilities with a number of the company’s major clients, headquartered in the UK and overseas.

His career has focused on financial services and travel. He has experience in all aspects of Human Resources at a senior level, including International and Executive compensation for local nationals, expatriates and third country nationals, with HSBC and Thomas Cook.

Meet: Julie Morris

Paul is a Director of IPM and PAYdata and has built his expertise in a range of settings.  After graduating he started his career in job evaluation at Thorn EMI.  He then spent 10 years as Head of Reward for Thomas Cook dealing with both strategic and operational reward issues around the world.

He co-founded International Personnel Management in 1995 and went on to set up PAYdata with Alan Bentley in 1997.  He has seen the company’s growth from its origins in a room of his house to its present premises in the Peterborough Business Park.

Paul has a keen interest in football and for two years was Chairman of the Supporters’ Trust that owned Rushden & Diamonds Football Club.

Kira-Destiny joined IPM in September 2009 as Director, Europe and has key account responsibilities across the region.

Having previously worked with a number of respected companies across diverse industry sectors, Kira brings with her a wealth of knowledge with twenty years global experience delivering business development and market performance improvement services.

Kira’s professional career began with a pre-law education at Oxford and an International law degree at the University of Kent, following which she practiced at a London law firm as negotiator and arbitrator in international trade and business practice.

Anna joined IPM in 2003, having managed Nokia’s large expatriate programme into and out of the UK. Anna has extensive experience in international HR and provides services to several clients who between them have assignees in more than 20 countries.

She is also a qualified UK Payroll Manager and has managed UK and expatriate payrolls both internally and through outsourced providers.

Meet: Maria Fidell and Sarah Blanch

A Senior Consultant with IPM, Scott manages full out-sourced expatriate administration services for a portfolio of clients, both UK and overseas, whose assignees are spread around the world.

Before joining IPM, Scott managed the expatriate programme of the NatWest Bank Group. He has in-depth knowledge and a wealth of expertise in both the technical and policy issues of international assignment management. He also managed a team at NatWest on the operational side of the business, dealing with the practicalities of delivering and implementing such policies.

Scott has handled international assignees in more than 40 countries across the globe for a wide range of our blue chip clients.

Meet: Karen Bateman & Sue Cocksedge

Mark is a Senior Consultant who joined IPM at the beginning of 2004.

Prior to joining IPM, Mark spent 6 years with Pricewaterhouse Coopers where he was a Manager in the International Assignment Services practice. Before PwC he spent a number of years with the Inland Revenue specialising in expatriate taxation.

During his time at PwC, Mark was responsible for managing the Client Service Team delivering expatriate tax services to Glaxo Smithkline and Oracle as well as many other smaller clients.
