Policy development and benchmarking
In dealing with a wide range of clients for many years we have vast experience in drafting and implementing international assignments policies for large, medium and small businesses in both the public and private sector.

Assignment costings
International assignments are expensive. We therefore encourage our clients to undertake a full costing prior to the assignment to ensure that all decision makers are fully aware of the financial implications of their decisions

Tax and social security planning
We provide bespoke tax solutions using specialist tax software that we developed in house. This enables us to complete the tax planning effectively

Balance sheet preparation
Many of our clients have adopted the tax equalisation approach to pay and benefits. We prepare the balance sheet calculations for you taking into accounts all components of the tax and social security planning

Assignment contracts
It is important that the Assignment letter not only incorporates the terms and conditions of the assignment but also reflects the tax planning assumptions that have been made

Payroll instructions
Home and host country payrolls often find it difficult to handle split payrolls. We provide instructions to ensure that the correct amounts are paid.

Home and school search
Whether it is an individual or a family moving to an overseas location it can be a stressful time. We work with relocation experts who will determine the needs of the assignees and their family and will escort them on the home and school search

Passports and Visas
It is essential that the correct documentation is in place before the assignees takes up their new position overseas. We work with Immigration lawyers to ensure that these requirements are met

Removals
We will co-ordinate quotations and removal requirements with specialist International removal businesses that have been carefully selected by us and meet the criteria for ‘preferred’ supplier status

Cultural awareness and language training
We feel it is important for assignees and their families to be given the opportunity to understand the local culture and, if appropriate, to learn the local language. We can introduce you to a number of preferred suppliers who are specialists in this area

Tax & Social Security Compliance audit
The complexities of home and host country tax and social security requirements are becoming increasingly challenging and the penalties for non-compliance can be very expensive. We undertake audits on behalf of our clients.
