IPM will administrate all activities to ensure a successful assignment.

• Database Management
IPM will maintain a database that holds comprehensive detail on the assignees personal details, emergency contact details, assignment information and salary and benefits history.  We will monitor key dates, e.g. passport, visa and work permit expiry dates. We will also alert you well before an assignment is due to end so you can decide whether to prolong, repatriate or transfer to local employment terms. In addition, we will also provide regular management information to your needs.
